Being part of a team who promotes and celebrates our differences, I am dedicated to creating a safe space where students feel encouraged and empowered to embrace their individuality. I feel it is imperative that every staff and student should feel supported, represented and included.
I feel passionately about being part of a school that recognises, embraces and celebrates the power of difference. I am keen for all pupils and staff to feel that they can be their authentic selves within an environment that is representative of our whole school community and wider society.
Greenshaw is a diverse community with students and staff from all walks of life and unique experiences. It is important we cherish these differences in our bustling school community. I am committed to making Greenshaw a safe space where all members feel like they are seen, heard and valued.
