The Greenshaw parents, teachers and friends association is known as Friends@Greenshaw.
The role of the association is to encourage closer links between home and school, as well as raise funds for additional equipment (such as school minibuses) that will improve the education of students. The Friends@Greenshaw committee and the Headteacher decide how to spend the funds raised. Fundraising events also provide a brilliant opportunity for parents, staff and students to get together socially.

The association has held events such as quiz nights and the Greenshaw Christmas Craft Fair (in conjunction with the Greenshaw Design and Technology Department).

Our current committee has stepped down and we need members to form a new committee alongside members of staff. We envisage this as initially working to engender a community feel between the school, parents and the wider community.
