Enterprise events are held for specific year groups and mapped across the academic calendar. Year 7 engage with a ‘soap challenge’ where manufacture and marketing is undertaken; Year 8 have a face-to-face question and answer session organised as a ‘speed careers’ event to find out about different work from adult contacts and are also involved in an engineering challenge; Year 9 undertake a stock market simulation and Year 10 experience a mini-enterprise and careers day, focusing on interview technique and CV construction.
