A brilliant day was had by all at Ockley Lakes for the annual Greenshaw fishing competition, named in honour of fishing enthusiast and geography teacher, Steve Stone.

A group of 14 students from Years 7 to 10 spent the day fishing for carp and perch. Louie (Year 9) was the overall winner and winner of the senior group. He landed a staggering 26lb catch, whilst Amber (Year 8) won the junior group with a catch of 8lb 10oz. All students were fortunate to have a catch this year. Well done to all students who took part.
