Hands on at the National Archives

Year 13 students were enthralled by a sense of history.

On Tuesday 26th April, the Year 13 historians attended a workshop at the National Archives in Kew.

As well as completing a revision session on Tudor Rebellions, the students were lucky enough to handle genuine primary documents from the period. The highlight of the afternoon was witnessing a letter written by Elizabeth I and the will of Henry VIII.

Seeing the history brought to life will hopefully inspire the students in their forthcoming exam.
