NJC Scale 4/5 points 7 – 15 £19,136 to £22,790 per annum (actual salary) 
36 hours per week, term time plus one week 
Permanent contract 

Start date: September 2021 

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our school as our Research School and Assessment Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will manage the administration of the Greenshaw Research School and the school’s assessment systems, and play an important role in supporting members of the Senior Leadership Team. For the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and forward thinking school and make a difference to the lives of our students. 

The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background with experience and knowledge of MS Office, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organisational skills. Previous experience of working within a school is desirable but not essential. 

Greenshaw Research School is part of the national Research Schools Network, a group of 33 schools across the country funded by the Education Endowment Foundation to improve the outcomes for disadvantaged students. The Research School works with teachers and senior leaders in London and the South East areas to help schools make better use of research evidence to improve the quality of teaching and learning and to raise student outcomes, particularly for the most disadvantaged. It runs training programmes on a variety of different school improvement themes, such as secondary literacy and curriculum development, as well as forming partnerships with MATS, LEAs and other system leaders on more bespoke school development projects.
