HR Manager 
NJC Scale SO1/SO2 points 23 – 28 £30,585 to £34,209 per annum 
Full time and Permanent contract 
Start date: As soon as possible 

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual with experience of working in a personnel-related environment to join our school as our HR Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for operational HR activities as well as contributing to and supporting the strategic objectives of the school, ensuring compliance with school policies, employment legislation and best practice, as well as promoting effective employee relations. For the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and successful school to lead, manage and develop our HR provision. 

The successful candidate will have knowledge and understanding of key HR processes and experience of HR systems and databases, combined with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to use initiative to improve processes. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. Candidates who are CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous experience of working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
