36 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual with an interest in HR and a desire to work in the education sector to join our school as our HR & Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will support the school’s HR Officer in the provision of a high quality, efficient HR service for the school. This will include supporting with end-to-end recruitment, staff data and records, payroll and general HR administrative tasks, as required. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support to the School Business Manager. For the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across the full range of HR functions.

The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background and a desire to work in the education sector, combined with excellent customer care and communication skills, efficient and accurate attention to detail, and the ability to show initiative and work under pressure. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection is essential. Candidates with previous experience of working in HR are strongly encouraged to apply.
