NJC Scale 3/4 points 5 – 10 £19,981 to £21,848 (actual) per annum
36 hours per week, term time + 3 weeks

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual with strong MS Excel and administrative skills to join our school as our Data and Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will provide specific data support within the school and play an integral part of the school office team, ensuring that a professional and efficient administrative service is provided at all times. For the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and well-established school office and make a difference to the lives of our staff and students.
The successful candidate will have practical experience of using MS Excel with a good knowledge of Excel formulas and functions and previous experience of working in a busy office environment, combined with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team. A desire to work with young people and to support their education and achievements is essential. Candidates with previous experience of working in an educational setting are strongly encouraged to apply.
