Science Key Stage 3

The Key Stage 3 SATS Examinations take place on the week beginning May 6th 2008. The Science SATS examination consists of:-

  • Two 1 hour papers for both tiers (3-6 level and 5-7 level)

After analysis of previous SATS exams, the following areas/techniques have been highlighted as the ones which can cause the pupils the most difficulty during the exams:-

  1. Reading the question thoroughly and answering what is asked of them.
  2. Answering the questions using Scientific words.

  5. The Reproductive System
