PTFA

Greenshaw High School's PTFA is currently undergoing a facelift. We are all a team of new faces but not literally! Some of the events that the PTFA organises include a yearly barbecue in July for our new students, plus a range of different social fun events throughout the year. We also provide refreshments for staff and visitors at evenings run by the school.

Quite a lot of the money we raise goes towards the cost of purchasing new mini buses. At some stage in their school life, every student at Greenshaw will benefit from the use of the minibus whether it be for taking them to and from sporting fixtures, for swimming lessons or school visits.

Mr Smith and his staff will also liaise with us if there are other requests for purchasing items with money raised from the PTFA fundraising events.

The PTFA can only continue functioning with the support of yourselves and we would like to ask you all if you would consider helping out at future events. Giving us your contact details does not mean that you have entered into a contract. We know many of you work long hours, have other commitments, as we on the committee do, but if you could spare an hour of your time every so often, then that's all we ask for.

It's also a great way to meet new people.

If you would like to get involved then please contact Tracey Corfield, Chairperson, PTFA via the school office.
