NJC Scale 1c/3 points 14 - 17, £15,955 - £16,781 per annum
36 hours per week, term time + INSET days
Permanent contract

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong administrative background to join our School Office team as a Receptionist / Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will act as a first point of call for all school visitors and callers, welcoming visitors and directing as appropriate, and managing all incoming telephone calls and queries.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment, combined with meticulous organisation, excellent interpersonal skills, and very strong written and verbal communication. A commitment and passion for working with young people and improving their life chances is essential. Applicants with experience of working in a similar role are strongly encouraged to apply.

Previous experience of working in a school environment is desirable, but is not essential.
