Green Wrythe enjoy sports at Greenshaw

Green Wrythe pupils enjoyed using the sports facilities at Greenshaw.

On the last day of term, the Year 6 pupils from Green Wrythe Primary School, partners in the Greenshaw Learning Trust, came to Greenshaw High School for several hours of various sports such as football, netball, table tennis and climbing. This was a reward for the excellent hard work that the pupils had put in, preparing for their SATs exams.

Greenshaw's Head of PE, Mr Carter, said: "The pupils from Green Wrythe were great. They were supported by a number of our Year 11 students and it was a fantastic opportunity for the youngsters from both schools to work together."
