A Year 8 boy has reported that on his way to a local school this morning a man pulled up next to him. He was in a dark blue Nissan. The man was in his 30s. The man told him that he had been sent by the boy’s mother to pick him up so that he wasn’t late for school. The boy refused to get in the car. The man said he would call his mum and then drove away. This happened near Banstead Road.

The police have been informed.
