Jack Petchey is one of the UK's most successful businessmen. Born in East London in July 1925, Jack came from a working class background with very few advantages. People should nominate staff or students who they feel have done something that stands out from the rest. This often involves extra curricular activities but can include simply having 100% attendance and working hard in all areas. Sometimes there is a theme for the award, for instance recently we asked people to nominate those who have gone out of their way to support and consider others.
