The School Council
The school council has been running at Greenshaw High School for over ten years. It is the first place that students can discuss issues that relate to the day to day working of the school. The Council meets fortnightly and holds termly meetings with the Headteacher, Mr Smith.
In the last school year the Council led on a range of fund raising activities, raising over £2,000 for good causes. The Council also decided the winners of the Jack Petchey awards and how a part of the school budget was going to be spent.
All Council members are elected to their post for one year and then they stand for re-election. The current members of the Council are listed below.
