Communication

Parents of Year 12 students may wish to discuss with staff members their son/daughter’s progress or some other matter associated with the schooling or general well-being. In such an instance you may communicate by phone, letter or e-mail:

We will make every effort to maintain channels of communication open with you as it is our firm belief that the support of parents is critical in determining the success of Sixth Form students.

To this end we will send out regular Progress Reports, one at the end of the first half term, one at the end of the first term and one at the end of the second term. These reports will indicate how well your son/daughter is progressing on his/her courses and will give an indication of levels of attendance.

We also, this year, intend to use e-mail more extensively to keep you in touch with what is happening in the Sixth Form generally and to inform you of any specific issues that may arise with your son/daughter.
